Authors: Elemer E Rosinger
For the first time in known literature, one studies {\it entanglement dynamics} which is the way the complexity of entanglement may change in time, for instance, in the solution of a Schr/"{o}dinger equation giving the state of a composite quantum system. The paper is a preliminary study which gives the rigorous definition of the respective general mathematical model. Applications to effective Schr/"{o}dinger equations are given in a subsequent paper.
