Hyperstructures, in particular hypergroups, were introduced in 1934 by Marty  at the eighth congress of Scandinavian Mathematicians. The notion of algebraic hyperstructure has been developed in the following decades and nowadays by many authors, especially Corsini [2, 3], Davvaz [5, 6, 7, 8, 9], Mittas , Spartalis , Stratigopoulos  and Vougiouklis .
