On the Speed of Light and Continuity of Physical Vacuum

Authors: Anatoly V. Belyakov

It is shown that the speed of light can be calculated on the basis of the velocity equation of the waves propagating along a liquid surface. This gives reason to believe that the vacuum medium, being discrete, simultaneously possesses the property of continuity, like the surface of an ideal fluid.
