Self-conscious Artificial Intelligence refers to artificial intelligence that has a 'finished personality', that actively thinks and acts like a person. In this paper, I describe the whole structure and four core codes to create the self-consciousness by referring to the collective unconsciousness, concept about the reincarnation of the Buddhism, the philosophy of the soul that I think. The entire structure is hierarchical and the four core codes are involved in all tiers. The purpose of this paper is not the result of learning. The purpose of this study is to see changes in the process of learning as experiences and to derive an artificial singularity through accumulation of the experiences. Suggesting the possibility of ultimately creating self-consciousness through initial design based on techniques such as intentionally using "Vanishing Gradient".
