Michelson-Morley Experiment

Authors: Valery Timin

The Michelson–Morley experiment is devoted to the experi-mental measurement of the anisotropy of the velocity of light propa-gation on The earth's surface. Since at that time it was believed that space is Galilean and it is filled with ether, and light is distributed in it as in AIRS in accordance with the additive law of addition of ve-locities in Galilean space, it was possible to determine the speed of the Earth relative to the "ether" and the direction of motion of the Solar system in cosmic space. But the result, as we know, is nega-tive. Rose "ethereal wind" was isotropic, Toch–it–zero. Why didn't the theory coincide with the experiment? In the orthonormal wave space of the Einstein SRT, the coordi-nates are tied in each individual IRS to the quantities of waves from the reference source resting in it that fit perfectly in space and time. But whatever coordinate system is adopted, the number of waves on the trajectory will not depend on it. And the phases of the waves re-turning from the Michelson–Morley installation route will coincide invariably in any wave IRS. But only with wave standards. Not Gali-lean Absolutes! If we had Galilean absolute standards, we would see the world differently. At least–if not with eyes, ears, nose, tongue, hands (tactile) and other available sensory organs–at least in physical experiments. But it is not necessary to hope for it – all real standards are subordinated to electromagnetic, weak, strong and gravitational Michelson–Morley Experiment with finite, equal to speed of light in vacuum, to interactions. And these are the same waves again.
