An Alternative Approach for the Management of Bone Health: Role of Biofield Energy Healing Treated Vitamin D3

The main aim of this experiment was to assess the impact of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters. The test items, were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Brian Anthony Weekes and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Different parameters like ALP, collagen, and bone mineralization were performed to evaluate the bone strength and integrity in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The test samples were found as safe in the tested concentrations by MTT cell viability assay. ALP was significantly increased by 19.49% and 63.49% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Further, the ALP level was significantly elevated by 35.92% and 61.17% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Collagen was significantly increased by 53.75% and 42.43% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 46.54% and 122.61% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item group compared to the untreated group. Additionally, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 18.12%, 96.33%, and 150.85% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Further, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 61.96 and 22.84% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Overall, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be an alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone related problems including rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, osteoporosis, osteoma, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease of bone, deformed bones, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

Further, the ALP level was significantly elevated by 194.1%, 72.34%, and 65.31% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Collagen was significantly increased by 83.02%, 145.67%, and 191.41% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 50.29% and 52.48% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Additionally, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 64.46% and 94.16% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. The percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 26.59% and 28.33% in the BT-DMEM + UT-Test item group at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Overall, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was remarkably improved the bone health parameters and it could be a powerful alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone related problems including low bone density, osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, rickets, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, deformed bones, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, stress management and prevention, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

In most of the people, bone loss and deterioration of bone structure results in bone disorders such as osteoporosis, arthritis, decreased bone mass, rickets, and deformed bones. Insufficient level of vitamin D3 and calcium in the body are the major causes of bone disorders. The present study aimed to explore the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. Both the test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test items received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Patricia Margaret Rowe and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of both the sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability in tested samples was more than 70% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 230.8% (at 50 µg/mL), 231.3% (at 50 µg/mL), and 253% (at 100 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 497.7%, 346.2%, 323%, and 331.4% at 0.1, 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 116.3% and 112.8% at 0.1 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group. In addition, 70.5% and 143.6% increased collagen was reported at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. Bone mineralization percentage was significantly increased by 241.3% at 1 µg/mL in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 187.9% and 113.7% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 129.8% at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.

The main objective of this study was to find the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health. Bone formation, remodeling, mineralization, resorption, and healing processes involves a coordinated action of different cell types, which are very prevalent in the elderly population. The current study aimed to evaluate the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health. Vitamin D3 and DMEM medium as test items (TI), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Vaibhav Rajan Parulkar and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Bone health biomarkers such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization were studied. The cell viability using MTT assay showed that the test items were found to be safe. ALP level was significantly increased by 304.6%, 237.2%, and 110.6% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI, while 356.9%, 186.2%, and 87.3% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared to the untreated group. Collagen content was significantly increased up to 163.7%, 114.4%, and 22.7% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 190.1%, 64.9%, and 50% increased collagen at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+BT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 330% and 121.5% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 146.7% and 305.9% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group, as compared with the untreated group. In conclusion, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role to control the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in many bone disorders. Moreover, the bone health parameters such as collagen, calcium, and ALP were significantly improved and can be used as supplement to improve bone health. Based on the outstanding results, it is assumed that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 could be a powerful alternative dietary sources and supplements to fight against various bone related diseases including low bone density and osteoporosis, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, deformed bones, osteomalacia, bone and/or joint pain, increased frequency of fractures, osteoma, hormonal imbalance, stress, aging, bone loss and fractures.

Bone formation, remodeling and healing processes involves a coordinated action of different cell types. Vitamin D and calcium significantly improves the patients' quality of life with respect to various bone disorders and comorbidities most prevalent in the elderly. The current study aimed to evaluate the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health. Vitamin D3 and DMEM medium as test items (TI), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Vicki Lynn Kindy and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Bone health biomarkers such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization were evaluated. Cell viability using 3-(4, 5-diamethyl-2-thiazolyl)-2, 5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazolium) (MTT) data showed that the test items were found to be safe. ALP level was significantly increased by 621.2%, 638.9%, and 102.2% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, as compared to the untreated group. Collagen content was significantly increased up to 284.6%, 134%, and 183.4% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 109.6% and 159.6% increased collagen in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 120% and 229.4% at 50 and 100 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 254.7% and 78.1% in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Thus, Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role to control the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in many bone disorders. Moreover, the bone health parameters such as collagen, calcium and ALP were significantly improved and can be used as supplement to improve bone health. Based on the outstanding results, it is assumed that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 could be a powerful alternative dietary sources and supplements to fight against various bone related diseases including low bone density and osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, osteomalacia, bone and/or joint pain, increased frequency of fractures, deformed bones, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, hormonal imbalance, stress, aging, bone loss and fractures.

Influence of the Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3 on Human Osteoblast-Like Cells

The quality of life after rapid bone loss among individuals is one of the key health issues today, which might be due to hormonal factors and lack of proper nutrition that lead to an increased risk of fractures. The experimental data suggested a significant potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters. Vitamin D3 and DMEM medium as test items (TI), which were divided into two parts. Each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Shirley Theresa Holmlund and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Bone health biomarkers such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization were measured. The cell viability (˃92%) using MTT assay showed that the test items were found to be safe. ALP level was significantly increased by 137.8%, 126.2%, and 102.5% in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively at 100µg/mL. Collagen content was significantly increased by 141.5% and 307.3% in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI group, respectively at 1µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Moreover, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 293.7% and 76.3% at 0.1 and 1µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, while 122.9% (at 1µg/mL) and 165.1% (at 0.1µg/mL) in BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated group. In conclusion, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also control the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in many bone disorders (such as osteoporosis, Paget’s disease of bone, rickets, deformed bones, osteomalacia, bone and/or joint pain, increased frequency of fractures, osteoma, hormonal imbalance, stress, aging, bone loss and fractures), along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.
