The current study was established to evaluate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone cells development. The test items were divided into two parts. One part of each sample received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Jay Antony Prague and those samples were labeled as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were denoted as untreated test items (UT). MTT data showed test samples were found as safe in tested concentrations. ALP was significantly increased by 214.74%, 350.53%, and 536.32% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Further, ALP level was significantly elevated by 155.09% and 93.37% in BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Collagen was significantly increased by 73.40%, 150.39%, and 133.59% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 1 µg/mL compared to untreated. Moreover, level of collagen was significantly increased by 105.68%, and 72.76% in BT-DMEM + UT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL with respect to untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 229.99%, 229.99%, and 200% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1µg/mL compared to untreated. Percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 137.27% and 142.17% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL, while increased by 78.29% and 96.71% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively as compared to untreated. Overall, Biofield energized vitamin D3 has a significant effect on bone health and able to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone-related problems.

The aim of this study was to examine the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters. The test items (viz. vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each test item was received the Biofield Treatment by Jagdish Singh and those samples were labeled as Biofield Treated (BT) samples, while other parts of each sample were denoted as Untreated Test Items (UT). The test samples were found as safe in tested concentrations by MTT assay. ALP was significantly increased by 130.51%, 84.39%, and 67.51% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item, respectively at 1 µg/mL than UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Moreover, level of collagen was also significantly enhanced by 117.37% in BT-DMEM + UT-Test item at 100 µg/mL than untreated. Other parameter like collagen was significantly increased by 171.30%, 168.51%, and 110.48% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL as compared to untreated. Additionally, level of collagen also elevated by 88.49%, 280.08%, and 63.28% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively, at 100 µg/mL compared to untreated. Besides, percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 79.34%, 146.74%, and 162.76% in UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100µg/mL compared to untreated. Overall, Biofield Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be a powerful alternative nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and fight against various bone related problems including rickets, osteomalacia, osteoporosis, osteogenesis imperfect, bone fractures, osteoma, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

(Asea in DMD Version 1.0 26.05.2018 10 Pages) the Clinical and Biological Effects of Asea Ionized Water /"redox Supplement" (Co-Administered with L-Carnitine and Omega-3 Fatty Acids Plus Multivitamins Dietary Supplements) in a ~3-Year-Old Boy with D

This paper presents a case report on the clinical and biological effects of “ASEA redox supplement” (ASEA-rs) oral solution (co-administered with L-carnitine and omega-3 fatty acids plus multivitamins dietary supplements) in a ~3-year-old boy with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) from Romania. ASEA-rs was tested on both animals and humans. In vitro studies on various human cells showed that ASEA-rs is a very potent NRF2 selective activator (with transient effect): the studies conducted in vivo (on both animals and humans) also support this main pharmacological mechanism of ASEA-rs, with no toxicity up to high doses (in contrast with corticosteroids which are usually reserved in Romania for DMD children with age above 4 years, given their toxicity profile and adverse effects including immunosuppression, growth delay, osteopenia, osteoporosis and overweight) and a satisfactory bioavailability especially in the vital organs (in which NRF2 also reaches its highest intracellular cytoplasmatic concentrations), which assures the strong NRF2 activation effects of ASEA-rs indirectly observed in vivo. ASEA was clearly demonstrated to activate tissular lipases (probably also via NRF2 pathway) and to significantly increase some fatty acids serum levels that are further internalized by skeletal muscles and myocardium and used as “fuel” by muscular cells (myocytes) (and cardiomyocytes), partially sparing the glycogen reserves of myocytes/cardiomyocytes and so raising the resistance of skeletal muscles to effort and possibly the resistance and contractility of myocardium. Based on its demonstrated potent selective NRF2 activation effect, its beneficial effects on muscle effort resistance and its safety profile, I have prescribed ASEA-rs to this ~3-year-old child with DMD, with a minimal set of clinical signs at his age, but with significant biological alternations in the biochemical markers of muscular damage (rhabdomyolysis): the results (after the first 3 months with ASEA-rs, associated with L-carnitine and omega-3 fatty acids plus multivitamins supplements) were a significant reduction in the creatine (phospho)kinase (CK/CPK) and CK-MB isoform serum levels. The heavy metal ions adsorption from aqueous solution by arrowhead plant (Sagittaria trifolia L.) [J Food Biochem. 2018;42:e12448] stalk was reevaluated using deactivation kinetics model (DKM). As the result, the reaction orders were newly evaluated and the adsorption rate constants of each component were calculated and compared.
