A Prospective Study on Bone Health: Effect of Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3 Using MG-63 Cell Line

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the significant role of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health parameters in vitro using MG-63 cells such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. The test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. The test samples received Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Laura Nelson Streicher and samples were defined as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). MTT assay for cell viability showed that increased range 76% to 139% cell viability with safe and nontoxic profile of test samples on MG-63 cell line. ALP was significantly increased by 232.7% (1 µg/mL), 156.4% (100 µg/mL) and 262.5% (100 µg/mL) in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated group. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 145.8% and 151.6% at 10 and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 177.1%, 235.6%, and 165.3% at 1, 10, and 50 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased collagen level by 252.1% at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group.The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 92.8%, 65.8%, and 32.2% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 76.8%, 132.5%, and 7.6% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 92.8%, 38.6%, and 12.3% at 0.1, 1, and 10 µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. It regulates the osteoblast function, improvesbone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disordersalong with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.

Study the impact of Biofield Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM on bone health in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63) was investigated. The test items (TI), were distributed into two parts. Moreover, level of collagen was significantly enhanced by 101.37%, 157.53%, and 176.71% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to untreated. Besides, the percent of bone mineralization was remarkably increased by 70.59% and 151.18% in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI and BT-DMEM+BT-TI respectively at 100 µg/mL, while increased by 117.17% in UT-DMEM+BT-TI at 1 µg/mL than untreated. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone cell growth-related parameters. It could be used as an alternative supplement for vitamin D3 deficiency on various bone-related disorders (osteoporosis, low bone density, Paget’s disease, rickets, osteomalacia), stress, aging, autoimmune, and inflammatory disorders.

Besides, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed an increased collagen value by 155.4% and 100% at 1 and 10 µg/mL respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. The percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 139.8%, 91%, and 44.7% at 0.1, 10, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 126.7%, 79.3%, and 67.5% at 0.1, 10, and 100 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 31.3%, 33.2%, and 152.5% at 0.1, 10, and 100µg/mL, respectively as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might be vital in maintaining the various clinical safety and quality of life by assisting them in maintaining optimal vitamin D levels. The level of collagen was significantly increased by 10.5% and 110.1% at 0.1 and 1 μg/mL, respectively in the UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 22.6% and 190.6% at 0.1 and 1µg/mL, respectively in the BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. Abstract Bifidobacteria Identification is important in medical and pharmaceutical industry. The molecular analytic technique such as PCR gel electrophoresis and MALDI –TOF-MS are high sensitive and useful technique in identifying Bifidobacteria. This practical was planned to identification of Bifidobacteria by both method. PCR method is based on denaturing, annealing and extension of target DNA in the bacteria in vitro with other requirements like taq polymerase enzyme, DNA primers, Mg etc with temperature control. MALDI –TOF-MS is based on analyet Matrix co crystallization and firing of laser beam get ionization and detection time of flight by mass spectrometry Un known 3 cutler plats (S1, S2,S3) were used for both methods and correctly identified up to genus level by PCR agarose gel electrophoresis. MALDI TOF MS was done in direct application and formic acid extraction method. Both ways identified up to bifid bacteria species and lactobacillus. Both methods were equally highly sensitive to identify Bifidobacteria. Identification of species was highly accurate MALDY TOF –MS method. But both methods have done with limited sample size. Both methods are complex, high cost and need high technical knowledge. MALDI method results depend on software apart from other steps. PCR can improve to identify Bifid bacteria up to species level with the use of species-level primers.MALDI method with formic acid exaction can improve sensitivity with the purification of the protein. Improved Structural and Functional Integrity of Bone Health Parameters After Treatment with Consciousness Energy Treated Vitamin D3

The study objective was to investigate the effect of Consciousness Energy Healing-based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on bone health. The test items (vitamin D3 and DMEM), were divided into two parts. One part of each sample was received the Biofield Energy Treatment by Debra Jane Schnitzer and those samples were denoted as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were referred as the untreated test items (UT). Parameters such as ALP, collagen, and bone mineralization were performed to evaluate the bone strength in human bone osteosarcoma cells (MG-63). The test samples were found as safe in the tested concentrations by MTT cell viability assay. ALP was significantly increased by 27.75%, 28.21%, and 60% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Moreover, the ALP level was significantly raised by 11.17% and 74.57% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 100 µg/mL compared to the UT-DMEM + UT-Test item group. Collagen was significantly increased by 54.53% and 115.01% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item and BT-DMEM + UT-Test item groups, respectively at 0.1 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Further, the collagen level was significantly increased by 131.87% (at 1 µg/mL) and 179.77% (at 10 µg/mL) in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item group compared to the untreated group. Apart from this, the percent of bone mineralization was distinctly increased by 75.94%, 125.79%, and 117.38% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 10 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Additionally, the percentage of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 46.08%, 173.22%, and 171.17% in the UT-DMEM + BT-Test item, BT-DMEM + UT-Test item, and BT-DMEM + BT-Test item groups, respectively at 50 µg/mL compared to the untreated group. Altogether, the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 was significantly improved the bone health parameters and it could be an alternative approach for nutraceutical supplement to combat vitamin D3 deficiency and able to fight against various bone-related disorders including rickets, low bone density, osteomalacia, bone and joint pain, bone fractures, osteoporosis, osteoma, osteogenesis imperfecta, Paget’s disease, deformed bones, chondrodystrophia fetalis, stress management and prevention, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, and anti-aging by improving overall health.

In Vitro Effects of Biofield Energy Treated Vitamin D3 Supplementation on Bone Formation by Osteoblasts Cells

Various bone disorders including fractures, significant pain and height loss, disability to stand up, and walk occurs due to insufficient level of vitamin D and calcium in the body. Both plays an important role to improve the patients' quality of life with respect to bone disorders. The present experimental analysis designed to explore the potential of Consciousness Energy Healing based vitamin D3 and DMEM medium on various bone health parameters such as alkaline phosphatase enzyme (ALP) activity, collagen levels and bone mineralization. Both the test items (TI) i.e. vitamin D3 and DMEM medium were divided into two parts. Each sample received the Consciousness Energy Healing Treatment by Sakina Aleemah Ansari and those samples were labeled as the Biofield Energy Treated (BT) samples, while the other parts of each sample were denoted as the untreated test items (UT). Cell viability using MTT assay showed that cell viability was more than 79% with safe and nontoxic profile on MG-63 cell line. The level of ALP was significantly increased by 119% (at 50 µg/mL), 161.5% (at 1 µg/mL), and 252.3% (at 50 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. Collagen level was significantly increased by 81% (at 10 µg/mL), 117.9% (at 1 µg/mL), and 134.2% (at 0.1 µg/mL) in UT-DMEM+BT-TI, BT-DMEM+UT-TI, and BT-DMEM+BT-TI groups, respectively as compared with the untreated test item and DMEM group. In addition, the percent of bone mineralization was significantly increased by 235.2% at 100 µg/mL in UT-DMEM+BT-TI group, while 152.7% and 92.6% at 0.1 and 1 µg/mL, respectively in BT-DMEM+UT-TI group as compared with the untreated group. In addition, BT-DMEM+BT-TI group showed a significant increased bone mineralization by 158% at 1 µg/mL as compared with the untreated group. Overall, the experimental data suggested that the Biofield Energy Treated vitamin D3 and DMEM would play an important role in the promotion and maintenance of strong and healthy bones, which improve quality of life. Biofield Energy Treatment might also regulates the osteoblast function, improves bone mineralization, and calcium absorption in wide range of bone disorders along with wide range of adverse health conditions, comprising cancer and certain autoimmune diseases.
