Возникла масса учений и теорий о будущем человечества и грозящих ему бедах и катастрофах: от теории Мальтуса о перезаселенности планеты до современных теорий о потеплении (похолодании) климата и снижении среднего интеллектуального уровня населения. Беда большинства этих теорий в том, что они сочиняются гуманитариями далекими от естественных наук и не учитывают ускоряющееся – экспонентное развитие науки и техники, которые развивается столь стремительно, что опрокидывает все теории, основанные на статическом состоянии технологии и общества. В данной работе делается попытка оценить основные разработанные (осуществимые в настоящее время) технологии и их влияние на страну, человеческую жизнь и будущее оружие.

Gravitomagnetism: Nature's Phenomenas, Experiments, Mathematical Models

Some large-scale natural phenomena and unexpected experiments are analyzed. It is proved that they can be explained by gravitomagnetism existence and significant gravitomagnetic forces. On the same basis it is proved that a generator using the gravitational conservative forces source energy for work performance can exist and this does not contradict the energy conservation law. A new solution of Maxwell's equations for gravitomagnetism, used in order to create the various models of phenomena (sand-devil, sea current, rotary stream, funnel, water soliton, water and sand tsunami, turbulent flows, additional (non-Newtonian) forces of celestial bodies’ interaction) is proposed. On the Origin of the Constants C and H

\begin{abstract} It is argued that the speed of light $c$ and Planck's quantum $h$ are anomalies that undermine the basis of Newtonian physics, the existence of space and time. In a Kuhnian sense, $c$ and $h$ were unpredicted parameters, extraneous to Newton's physics. Relativity and quantum mechanics, despite their obvious success, can be seen modifications of Newtonian physics that hided the possibility that space and time were inappropriate concepts for describing reality. Rather than being fundamental, space and time might just be the most suitable frames for human perception. $c$ indicates a failure of the Newtonian space-time paradigm on large scale, while $h$ indicates a failure on small scale. At the same time, $c$ and $h$ are related to light and matter, two phenomenologies Newtonian physics cannot explain as such. There is no a priori reason why reality should present itself in this particular fashion, and there is no reason for the existence of 3+1 dimensions either. It is further suggested that reality might be truly three-dimensional, the fourth dimension being an illusion created by navigating through a sequence of tangent spaces of a three-dimensional manifold. All physical laws would then be encdoded in a connection on this manifold. The most simple three-dimensional manifold, endowed with unique properties, is $S^3$. From the point of view of natural philosophy, there must be a reason for the existence of constants of nature. If $S^3$ is indeed a description of reality, then it should provide a reason for the existence of $c$ and $h$. It is suggested that $c$ is related to the fact that $S^3$ has a tangent space and $h$ is related to the noncommutativity of SU(2)$, the group acting on $S^3$.

Power Generator Based on Asymmetrical Mutual Inductivity

A radio frequency (RF) power generator is designed by coupling parallel plate capacitors with conductive coils in wireless power transmission. The displacement current through parallel plate capacitor can induce electric field to conductive coil, but it self cannot experience induced electric field from conductive coil due to the gap between plates. Thus the symmetry of mutual inductivity is broken. We designed a new kind of capacitor coil which is composed of a series of parallel plate capacitors in a ring structure. We designed a new kind of RF receiver which is composed of a conductive coil and a capacitor coil connected in opposite polarity. Such a receiver can pick up induced electric field from transmitter coil, with zero or negative react induction. The transmitter doesn’t consume energy if the react induction from receiver is zero, or it gains energy if the react induction is negative. Alternative designing of transmitter and receiver are also described in this work. Such device can be used to generate electric power. A device composed of conductive coil and capacitor coil can be used as electric propeller.

Testing Electrodynamics and Verification of the Results of Michelson and Morley by Laser Beam Aberration Measurement

The International Year of Light 2015 is a welcome opportunity to look back to observations and famous experiments that lead to revolutionary theories in physics around the phenomenon of light. The observed aberration of starlight and later the experiment of Michelson and Morley were in contradiction to the electrodynamic theory of light until the special relativity theory solved the conflict by proposing time and space effects in moving systems. Today, laser and CCD technlogies enable much more precise measurements than in former times. The most accurate test of electrodynamics is achievable by aberration measurement of a laser beam because it offers an effect in the first order of v/c. The results of the experiment verify the findings of Michelson and Morley but are, surprisingly, in contradiction to electrodynamics and to special relativity theory. Our picture of the light's properties is still imperfect.

Cable Capacitance Attack Against the KLJN Secure Key Exchange

The security of the Kirchhoff-law-Johnson-(like)-noise (KLJN) key exchange system is based on the Fluctuation-Dissipation-Theorem of classical statistical physics. Similarly to quantum key distribution, in practical situations, due to the non-idealities of the building elements, there is a small information leak, which can be mitigated by privacy amplification or other techniques so that the unconditional (information theoretic) security is preserved. In this paper, the industrial cable and circuit simulator LTSPICE is used to validate the information leak due to one of the non-idealities in KLJN, the parasitic (cable) capacitance. Simulation results show that privacy amplification and/or capacitor killer (capacitance compensation) arrangements can effectively eliminate the leak.

Energy Conservation in Monopole Theories

The paper discusses a monopole theory based on the assumption that electromagnetic fields of charges are identical to electromagnetic fields of monopoles. It proves that this theory violates energy conservation. This result is consistent with the absence of a regular Lagrangian density for this theory as well as with the systematic failure of experiments aiming to detect such monopoles.
