Electromagnetic fundamentals are being tagged herein as cargo cult science because they are based upon incomplete information. The scientific community assumes it has a correct grasp of electromagnetic fundamentals even though Maxwell, Hertz and contemporary scientists have not identified some of the basic characteristics of the electromagnetic wave phenomenon. Maxwell did not know of the existence of electrons when he developed his equations describing the characteristics of electromagnetic waves, but he was aware of the existence of charged particles and action at a distance. An error made early in the study of electromagnetic waves, and ignored to this day, has compromised scientists understanding of electromagnetic characteristics and other physical laws.

Exponential-Grating Monochromator

A monochromator optical design is described, which comprises a grazing-incidence reflection grating and two grazing-incidence mirrors, one on each side of the grating. The grating operates in conical diffraction mode and has an exponential phase function, so that the wavelength can be scanned by translating the grating surface in the phase-gradient direction. The wavelength can be continuously tuned over a wide spectral range while maintaining zero-aberration performance over the full range, and perfect blazing is also achieved over the full illumination aperture at all wavelengths.

Now a great interest has been attracted to the study on the physiological and the pathological eigenfrequency of the given biocell for bioresonance treatment. Until now few method for determining of eigenfrequency has been introduced, while some known eigenfrequencies are also considered to be different by each researcher. As shown in previous studies, under a certain external electromagnetic vibration, physiological eigenfrequency becomes larger while pathological eigenfrequency becomes smaller. Bioresonance treatment is just based on this simple principle. In this paper a method for determining the most important eigenfrequency of given biocell based on continuous variation of frequency has been presented, which can be effectively used in multi-bioresonance treatment equipments.
