Uranus and Neptune are perpendicular on Saturn level i.e. Saturn Orbital Distance locates at horizontal level with all planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn) – let's call it (Saturn level) Uranus and Neptune are on vertical level related to Saturn level - let's call it ( Uranus level) So Uranus level is perpendicular on Saturn level
