The replacement of the sectorial velocity of the N-th planet of the Solar system by the ratio of the area within the orbit to the annual period estimated in solar days reveals that the obtained renormalization analogs of the area characteristics of the elliptical motions of the terrestrial planets have values close to integers. This allows us to introduce into astrophysics the concept of area-velocity, acceptable for a number of satellites of the Sun. In addition, the identical transformations of the formula of the third Kepler's law convince that in the system of two spheroids, for example, such as the Earth and the Moon, the mechanical motion in the form of quadra-velocity is divided between the components of the gravitational dipole inversely proportional to their masses. In this case, the scalar area-and quadra-velocities of celestial spheroids do not obey the сhrono-geometric metrology of astronomical observations.
